Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets (around 150g each)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– Lemon wedges for serving

Method

1. First, pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. This helps them cook better.
2. Next, season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add the fillets to the hot pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
5. Finally, remove them from the pan and drizzle with lemon juice and garlic. Sprinkle with parsley before serving with lemon wedges.
