Ingredients
– 450 g of bacon strips
– 1 baking tray
– 1 oven-safe rack
– 1 roll of baking paper

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
3. Place the oven-safe rack on top of the tray.
4. Lay the bacon strips on the rack, making sure they don’t overlap.
