Method
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch.
2. Pour the rinsed rice, water, broth, olive oil, and salt into the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
3. Close and seal the lid on the Instant Pot. Set it to cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
4. After the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure.
5. Fluff the rice with a fork, adding optional herbs, veggies, or protein as desired. Serve warm with butter and a squeeze of lemon.
