Ingredients
– 6 large eggs
– 1 cup of water
– Ice cubes (enough to fill a bowl)
Method
1. Start by pouring 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot.
2. Place the trivet or rack inside the pot.
3. Carefully arrange the eggs on top of the trivet, making sure they are not touching each other.
4. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
5. Once the cooking time finishes, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then switch to quick release to let out the remaining steam. Transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water to cool down.
