Ingredients
1 cup water
4 large eggs
Salt (optional)
Ice (for ice bath)
Method
1. Pour one cup of water into the Instant Pot.
2. Place the rack or steamer basket inside the pot.
3. Carefully set the eggs on the rack.
4. Close the lid and make sure the vent is sealed.
5. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then let it sit for 5 minutes. Release the pressure, transfer the eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes.
