Method

1. Place the eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan.

3. Heat the saucepan on high until the water begins to boil.
4. Once boiling, cover the pan and switch off the heat. Let the eggs stand for 10-12 minutes.
5. Transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water to cool them down for about 5 minutes.
