Ingredients
- 60 ml espresso coffee, cooled
- 30 ml coffee liqueur
- 30 ml vodka
- 15 ml simple syrup (sugar dissolved in water)
- Ice cubes
- Coffee beans for garnish (optional)
- Extra syrup for garnish (optional)
Method
- Start by brewing fresh espresso. Allow it to cool before using.
- Add the cooled espresso, coffee liqueur, vodka, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then securely close the lid.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill it well.
- Strain the mix into chilled glasses. Optionally, add coffee beans or syrup on top as a garnish.
