Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
1 kg baby potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
Preheat your oven to 220°C. Prepare a large baking dish by lining it with baking paper.
Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated.
Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly onto the lined baking dish. Make sure they are in a single layer for even cooking.
Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remember to stir them halfway through cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
