– 250 ml vegetable broth
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs over the fillets.
4. Pour the vegetable broth into the dish, then place a small piece of butter on each fillet.
5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
