Ingredients
500 g pizza dough
200 ml pizza sauce
250 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
100 g pepperoni slices
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
100 g mushrooms, sliced
50 ml olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to a high temperature, around 250 degrees Celsius. If using a pizza stone, place it inside to heat up.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. Transfer the dough onto a pizza peel or baking tray.
3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top, then arrange the pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms evenly.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
