Ingredients
– 500g beef tips
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
– 1 onion, diced
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 1 cup carrots, chopped
– 1 cup rice
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
2. Mix beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Place beef tips and diced onion in a baking dish. Pour the mixture over the meat.
4. Add chopped carrots on top, then cover the dish with foil.
5. Bake for 2.5 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
