New Study Reveals Breakthrough In Alzheimer’s Disease Research

Ingredients

– 1 cup of rice
– 2 cups of water
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 cup of mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
– 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– Pepper to taste
– 2 eggs

Method

1. Rinse the rice under cold water until it runs clear. Drain well.
2. In a medium pot, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Push the vegetable mixture to one side of the pan. Crack eggs into the empty side and scramble until cooked through. Mix everything together with the rice and serve warm.
