Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until they become soft.
- Stir in the garlic, ginger, and green chili and cook for a few more minutes.
- Mix in mushrooms, turmeric, and salt, then stir well.
- Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for about 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
