Sprouted Whole Green Gram in Tangy Coconut Gravy

Ingredients
1 cup sprouted green gram
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup grated coconut
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups water
Salt, to taste

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and wait for them to crackle.
2. Stir in the chopped onions and sauté until they become soft. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are mushy.
3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well and let it cook for a minute.
4. Next, add the sprouted green gram and two cups of water to the pan. Cook for about 15 minutes until the beans become tender.
5. Finally, mix in the grated coconut and stir. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve hot.
