Ingredients
– 4 cups diced potatoes
– 2 cups chopped broccoli
– 1 cup diced ham
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 can (400 ml) cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot for about 10 minutes or until slightly tender.
3. Mix together the broccoli, ham, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
4. Drain the potatoes and gently fold them into the mixture.
5. Pour everything into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
