Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheese
½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add broccoli and sauté for about 3 minutes until it’s bright green.
3. Stir in the cooked chicken and rice. Mix everything together.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir until well combined and cook until heated through. Top with shredded cheese and let it melt.
