Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a large bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2. Prepare the pie dough by rolling out one crust and placing it in a pie dish. Let the excess dough hang over the edges.
3. Fill the crust with the apple mixture and dot it with small pieces of butter.
