Ingredients
– 4 ripe tomatoes
– 1 small onion
– 2 cloves of garlic

– 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
– 1 baguette
– 100 g of cheese
Method
1. Start by washing the tomatoes and cutting them into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until they become soft.
4. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Slice the baguette and toast it. Serve the tomato mixture on the warm bread, and sprinkle with cheese and basil.
