Ingredients

– 1 ripe mango, diced
– 1 cup pomelo flesh, separated into segments

Method

1. Start by cooking the sago pearls. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan and add the sago pearls.
2. Stir the sago regularly over medium heat until they turn translucent. This will take about 10 minutes.
3. Drain the pearls using a sieve and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
