Limoncello Truffles Recipe: Indulge In Delicious Citrus Treats

Ingredients

– 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1/4 cup limoncello
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1 cup crushed biscuits
– 1 tablespoon lemon zest
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
– Extra coconut for coating
– Parchment paper

Method

1. Melt the chopped dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
2. Stir in condensed milk and limoncello until everything is well combined.
3. Add crushed biscuits, lemon zest, and nuts if you’re using them. Mix until the mixture is even.
4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes or until it hardens enough to shape.
5. Roll small portions into balls, then coat them with shredded coconut. Place the finished truffles on parchment paper and chill again.
