Ingredients
– 500g lamb leg, cut into cubes

– 1 cup chicken stock
– 1 cup water
Method
1. Start by marinating the lamb cubes with lemon juice, black pepper, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated lamb to the pan and brown on all sides. Then, mix in the chopped rosemary.
5. Pour in the chicken stock and water. Simmer for 40 minutes, until the lamb is tender.
