Ingredients
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a round cake pan and line it with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
4. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
