Lamb Meatballs With Feta: A Delicious And Easy Recipe

Ingredients
500g ground lamb
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3. Crack the egg into the mixture and use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
