Kale Blue Cheese And Cranberry Quiche: A Delicious Recipe

Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cups kale, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft. Mix in the chopped kale and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it wilts.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Stir in the crumbled blue cheese, dried cranberries, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sautéed onion and kale mixture evenly in the pie crust. Pour the egg and cheese mixture on top.
Bake the quiche in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden.
