Ingredients

Method

1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds before adding the chopped onion.
3. Sauté the onion until it becomes golden brown. Then, mix in the ginger-garlic paste.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
5. Gently add the boiled eggs, coating them with the sauce. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
