Ingredients
– 4 pork chops
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– 60 ml chicken broth
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
5. Pour chicken broth into the skillet and transfer it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C.
