Ingredients

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until it becomes soft.
3. Stir in the garlic, carrot, zucchini, and red capsicum. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the diced tomatoes, oregano, and salt. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and combine it with the sauce.
