Method
1. Start by heating a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced beef and cook until browned.
3. Stir in the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
4. Pour in the canned tomatoes and add the tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
