Ingredients
– 1.2 kg beef roast
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 carrots, cut into pieces
– 2 celery stalks, chopped
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 500 ml beef broth
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Method
1. Heat olive oil in the Instant Pot using the sauté function.
2. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
3. Brown the roast on all sides for about 4 minutes each side.
4. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, then pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
