Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan or line it with baking paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Add chocolate chips and nuts if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
