500 ml of cold water
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
Method
1. Begin by placing the frozen chicken into a large bowl.
2. Pour cold water over the chicken, ensuring it is completely submerged.
3. Add the salt and sugar to the water, stirring gently until they dissolve.
4. Allow the chicken to sit for approximately 1-2 hours, changing the water halfway through.
5. Once thawed, remove the chicken from the water and pat it dry with paper towels.
