Ingredients
– 1 cup hazelnuts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
– 1 teaspoon your favorite seasoning (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Spread the hazelnuts out on a baking tray in a single layer.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the nuts and sprinkle salt or seasoning if desired.
4. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Check and stir them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Remove the tray from the oven and let the nuts cool before using.
