Ingredients
– 500 g frozen broccoli
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– 1/4 cup water
Method
1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and let it warm up.
2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the frozen broccoli to the pan along with water, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
4. Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
5. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and parsley, then toss everything together.
