Method

  1. Measure 500 g of flour using a scoop and level technique. Make sure not to pack it down.
  2. Add 10 g of baking powder and 5 g of salt to the flour. Mix these dry ingredients together.
  3. Melt 50 g of butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Once melted, let it cool for a minute.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine 200 ml of milk, 100 g of sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is combined but do not over mix.
