Ingredients
– 500 ml milk

– 4 shots espresso or strong coffee
– 1 pinch salt
Method
1. Pour the milk into a medium saucepan and heat on low until it begins to steam.
2. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
3. Use a whisk or frother to whip the milk until it becomes frothy and doubles in volume.
4. Prepare four cups with a shot of espresso or strong coffee in each.
5. Carefully pour the frothed milk into the cups, holding back the foam, then top each cup with the foam.
