Ingredients
– 4 cups of small cucumbers
– 1 cup of white vinegar
– 1 cup of water
– 1/4 cup of salt
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
– 1 tablespoon of dill seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns
– 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 2 sprigs of fresh dill
Method
1. Begin by washing the cucumbers and slicing them into spears or rounds.
2. In a pot, combine the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Heat it until the salt and sugar dissolve.
3. Remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
4. In clean jars, place the garlic, dill seeds, black peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and fresh dill. Add the cucumbers on top.
