Ingredients

– 500 ml apple cider vinegar

– 1 cup honey
– 1 lemon, juiced
– 1 orange, juiced
– 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Method

1. Combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, horseradish, cayenne pepper, and rosemary in a large jar.
2. Pour the apple cider vinegar into the jar until it covers all the ingredients.
3. Seal the jar tightly and shake it gently to mix everything.
4. Let the mixture sit in a cool, dark place for 2 to 4 weeks. Shake it every few days to keep it mixed.
5. After 4 weeks, strain the liquid into a clean container and mix in honey, lemon juice, and orange juice.
