Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets

– 4 cups cooked rice
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and brush them with the marinade.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
5. Serve the salmon over cooked rice and garnish with fresh herbs.
