Ingredients
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 2 cups mixed vegetables, frozen or fresh
– 1 cup uncooked pasta, any type
– 2 cups beef broth
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, uncooked pasta, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the pasta is cooked.
