Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breasts, sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 carrot, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– Cooked rice, for serving
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Toss in the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Mix soy sauce and honey together, then pour over the chicken and vegetables. Serve with rice.
