Healthy Turkey Instant Pot Chili: Award-Winning Recipe For Comfort

Ingredients

– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 can (400 ml) crushed tomatoes
– 1 can (400 ml) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 green bell pepper, chopped
– 240 ml chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until they soften.
2. Mix in the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3. Add the green bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, chicken broth, chili powder, and cumin. Stir everything well.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Close the lid, ensure the valve is sealed, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Once finished, carefully release the pressure, then open the pot. Stir and serve warm.
