Ingredients
– 2 cups grated paneer
– 1 large potato, boiled and mashed

– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon green chili paste
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 cup bread crumbs
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 cup tomato puree
– 1 cup cream
Method
1. Mix the grated paneer, mashed potato, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, garam masala, and bread crumbs in a bowl.
2. Shape this mixture into small balls.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kofta balls until they are golden brown.
4. In another pan, heat the tomato puree and add the cream, stirring to combine into a smooth sauce.
5. Serve the fried kofta in the sauce.
