Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, paneer, all-purpose flour, garam masala, salt, and turmeric powder together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and set them aside on a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the balls until they turn golden brown. Once done, place them on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
- For the sauce, heat spinach and mix in the tomato puree. Cook for 5 minutes, then add the cream and stir well.
- Serve the koftas topped with the spinach-tomato sauce for a delicious meal.
