Healthy Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes Recipe: Creamy & Delicious!

Ingredients

– 1 large head of cauliflower
– 1 clove of garlic
– 60 ml of milk
– 60 g of butter
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

1. Cut the cauliflower into smaller florets and remove the stem.
2. Boil water in a large pot while adding a pinch of salt. Once boiling, add the cauliflower and garlic. Cook for about 10–12 minutes until tender.
3. Drain the cauliflower and garlic, then return them to the pot.
4. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
5. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with fresh parsley.
