Ingredients
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Add the rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if you are using them. Scoop the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
