Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies: Delicious & Guilt-Free Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
3. Add oats, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if using. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on the tray.
