Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (e.g., raisins or cranberries)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chia seeds, nuts, and dried fruit. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
