Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper.
- Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chia seeds, nuts, and dried fruit. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
