Grilled Ribeye Delmonico Steaks With Flavorful Tex-Mex Rub

Ingredients

– 4 ribeye steaks (about 250g each)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
– 1 tablespoon ground cumin
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a rub.
3. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels.
4. Coat both sides of each steak with the rub, pressing gently so it sticks.
5. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer for your preferred doneness.
