Grilled La Style Short Ribs (La Galbi Gui) Recipe

Ingredients
1 kg of beef short ribs
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, grated
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 spring onion, chopped

Method
1. Begin by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the marinated ribs for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until charred and cooked to your liking.
5. Once cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped spring onion on top before serving.
