Gooey Cinnamon Muffins: Irresistibly Soft And Flavorful Delight

Ingredients

  • 240 ml milk
  • 75 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g chopped pecans (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine milk, melted butter, and egg in a bowl. Stir until mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt together.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. 
  5. Fill the muffin cups and sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
